Reservations only take effect once the deposit has been received within 7 days of the appointment being made, or once a credit card number has been provided. In the latter case, a sum equivalent to the price of one night is blocked as a guarantee (but not debited from the account), so the reservation can be settled in cash on arrival. We do not accept holiday vouchers. In the event of cancellation, if this is announced 15 days before the date of stay, the deposit will be carried over to another date, according to the customer's choice, subject to availability, within 6 months of the date of the initial stay. Non-renewable offer. After this period and excluding the above-mentioned offer, the deposit will be forfeited or the sum equivalent to the price of one night will be debited from the credit card provided by the customer at the time of booking. The aforementioned charges do not apply if the customer finds a replacement for the planned date of stay. The customer is obliged to return the space in the condition in which it was found on arrival, with the exception of any condition resulting from normal use of the facilities offered. The customer undertakes to respect the check-out time strictly and to have left the space by that time. Smoking is not permitted in the accommodation. Unless otherwise agreed, the accommodation is intended for the exclusive use of only two adults (over 18). Children are not permitted in the accommodation. A small dog is permitted at an additional cost of €15. When you check in, we will offer you a personalised welcome with precise explanations on how to use the various facilities. Failure to comply with these instructions or any other damage for which the customer may be responsible will give us the right to charge compensation equivalent to the loss suffered. Any loss of keys will be charged to the customer at €15. We accept no responsibility for any accidents, injuries or illnesses caused by the customer(s) using our equipment. We accept no responsibility for loss or theft. These terms and conditions may be amended at any time without prior notice. For all bookings, the customer declares that he accepts these general terms and conditions of sale.
